The Burnt Store area is just south of the historic town of Punta Gorda, so if you like shopping, nice restaurants and more water views make sure you visit the town. SW Florida and the marina is approx. 8 miles from Boca Grande Pass and the Gulf of America. This area has some of the best fishing that Florida has to offer whether its inshore or offshore in the gulf there are many different types of fish to be had.
